GolfX Returns & Refunds Protection Policy
At GolfX, we are committed to ensuring a secure and satisfactory experience for both buyers and sellers. Our Buyer Protection ensures that purchases are risk-free and straightforward, while sellers can trust their sales are handled smoothly through our Stripe-powered payment system.
Payment and Release of Funds
When a purchase is made, payment is processed and securely held by Stripe. Sellers receive their funds only once the order is verified as complete. Here’s how it works:
Order Confirmation and Shipping
The seller must mark the order as "Shipped" once it is sent. GolfX may assist with marking orders as shipped or delivered on behalf of the seller.
Fund Release Conditions
Funds will be released to the seller either:
- When the buyer confirms receipt of the item, or
- After 14 days from the “Shipped” status, provided there is no dispute.
If a dispute arises within 14 days, GolfX will review the case and determine whether to refund the buyer or release funds to the seller. If the order is not marked as shipped within 14 days, it will automatically be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Covered Issues for Buyers
GolfX will issue a refund if an item:
- Has undisclosed damage
- Is incorrect or missing
- Differs significantly from its description
- Fails to meet authenticity standards
Buyers should report issues within 14 days of delivery, including supporting photos. If the claim is verified, GolfX will assist with the return process.
Non-Covered Issues
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items due to fit issues or change of mind. In such cases, we encourage buyers to relist their item on GolfX.
Before making a purchase, check the seller's return policy. Some vendors only accept returns if the product's seals and packaging are intact. It's important to fully insure the return shipment and meet the return deadline. We suggest contacting the vendor to discuss the return process beforehand.
If you paid the vendor or seller directly, you should contact them regarding a return.
Please note private sellers have no legal obligation to accept returns.
Shipping
Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown on the specific product page and are calculated when you add items to your cart and provide your location. The total amount will include these costs. Shipping costs may be based on the order's value, the item's size and weight, and the shipping company used by the seller. Free shipping may be offered at the seller's discretion. Please check the shipping costs directly on the offer or product page. Note: Each seller is responsible for providing their shipping and delivery details, as well as any conditions related to their products and services. These details can be found on their shop page and individual product pages, along with any other Terms & Conditions.
Delivery
Standard delivery times will vary, and will include the time when all items are ready to ship and payments are received. If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you to arrange an alternative product, a backorder, or a full refund.
