Payment Via Stripe Account
GolfX uses Stripe's payment services for secure transactions. When you make a purchase, your payment is held securely by Stripe until your purchase arrives safely. This means your payment is held securely, then released to the private seller once you confirm receipt of the item or after 14 days from shipment.
Proof of Ownership
Every private seller listing on GolfX goes through our review process. As part of this process, the seller is required to provide proof of ownership, including a clear photo of the club’s serial number(s), when available.
Insured Shipments
We advise every private seller to ship orders with full insurance and a tracking number, ensuring that purchases are protected in case of an unsuccessful delivery. For added peace of mind, we recommend discussing and confirming the shipping details with the seller directly before the purchase.

We’re also here to support you throughout the buying process; if there’s an issue with the equipment you receive, our team is ready to help.
Private Seller Returns
Private sellers have no legal obligation to accept returns. We suggest contacting the seller to discuss the return process (if available) beforehand. If you paid the seller directly, you should contact them regarding a return.
